About Traci's Online Courses
Traci has been offering online workshops since 2008, creating a vast library of creative content designed for artists of all levels. My courses provide self-guided learning experiences, with a mix of video tutorials, downloadable workbooks, and interactive live sessions.
To date, She's created over 2,400 HD video tutorials and hundreds of pages of colorful inspiration across 70+ online workshops and taught over 30,000 students.
How Traci's Courses Work

Self-Guided Instant Access: If your course is self-guided, once you enroll, you gain immediate access to the course materials.

Downloadable Resources: Workbooks, digital collage kits, and PDFs are yours to keep and can be downloaded for future reference.

24/7 Video Access: Course videos are privately hosted and available for streaming anytime, but they are not downloadable.

Flexible Learning: All courses are self-paced, allowing you to work through the content at your own schedule.

1. Registration & Payment
Registration Process for Online Workshops
Enrolling in a workshop is quick and easy! Follow these steps to register and gain access to your course materials.
1. Register & Checkout
- Click the “Add to Cart” button on the course page.
- You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout using PayPal or a major credit/debit card.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can complete your purchase with a credit or debit card.
2. Confirmation Email
- Once your payment is received, you’ll receive an automated registration confirmation email with details about your purchase.
- If you purchased an e-book or digital download, you’ll receive a separate email with a download link.

Important: Download links expire after 48 hours or 2 downloads, so be sure to save your files promptly.
3. Classroom Invitation & Access
- For self-guided courses, you will receive an automated email invitation to join the online classroom immediately after registration.
- For live courses, you will receive additional onboarding emails before the live session starts.
- Most self-study e-courses are open for registration year-round.

Live courses begin with a LIVE session, then transition into a self-guided format for independent learning.

4. Login & Account Setup
- If you are new to my online workshops, your classroom invitation email will include a link to set up your login credentials.

Please save your login information, as we do not store passwords. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

2. Course Access & Classroom Invitation

Confirmation Email: After registration, an automated email will be sent with course details.

Classroom Access: A separate invitation to access the workshop classroom will be sent automatically or before the LIVE session begins, as outlined in the course description.
- If you'd like to use an email different from your email, please provide that during checkout or contact us directly.

Private Community Access: Some courses include a private forum or discussion group available for up to one year after enrollment.
3. Course Access Duration & Extended Options
How Long Do I Have Access to the Online Workshop Content?
All online courses and workshops are accessible 24/7 from any device with a high-speed internet connection. You can watch videos, review course materials, and engage with the content at your own pace.

Standard Course Access: All courses now come with a three-year access period from the date of enrollment unless stated in the product description. This provides ample time to complete the course while ensuring content remains relevant.

PDF Workbooks & Resources: Workbooks and other downloadable materials are yours to keep for personal use.

Video Access: Course videos remain accessible online but are not downloadable.
Extended Access Options
If you need more time to access your course beyond the standard three-year period, you have the following options:

Annual Extension: Extend access to your course for one additional year for $97.

What Happens When a Course is Retired?

Lifetime Access Policy: Lifetime access refers to access for the lifetime of the course, meaning it is available as long as the course remains active. If a course is retired, access will no longer be available.

Alumni Discounts for Updated Courses: If a course is taught again or updated, previous students may be eligible for an alumni discount to enroll in the new version.

Course Retirement Notices: You will receive an email notification before a course is retired so you can download any applicable PDFs or reference materials.
Live Workshop Access
If your course includes LIVE workshop sessions, you can access the replays once the live session ends. In some cases, the replays may be posted up to 48 business hours after the live event.

Replay Access: Live session recordings will be available for you to watch at your convenience for the duration of your three-year course access period.

Additional Course Materials: You can continue accessing lesson posts, chat transcripts, and photo galleries after the live workshop concludes if that feature is available.

Community Discussion Forums: If your course has a dedicated private community forum, it will remain open for 3- 6 months after the workshop ends. After that period, discussions will be archived.
4. Refund Policy
Course Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide high-quality online courses and a seamless learning experience. Due to the digital nature of our programs, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness for both students and our business.
General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are not available for self-guided courses, instant downloads, or digital content once access has been granted.
- Refunds for LIVE workshops and high-ticket programs ($1,000+) may be requested before the course starts, as outlined below.
- We do not provide refunds for technical issues related to your personal device, internet connection, or inability to access course materials due to user error. If you encounter access issues, we will assist in troubleshooting.
Refund Eligibility by Course Type
1. Self-Guided Courses & Digital Products
🚫 Non-Refundable: All self-paced e-courses, digital kits, and instant downloads are final sale. Once you receive access, refunds will not be issued.
🛠 Technical Support: If you experience difficulty accessing the course, we will provide troubleshooting support. However, device-related technical issues do not qualify for a refund.
2. Live Workshops & Programs
✅ Refunds Before the Course Starts: You may request a refund at least 48 hours before a LIVE session begins, minus a $40 processing fee.
🚫 No Refunds After Access is Granted: Once the live program starts or you have accessed the classroom (Crowdcast, Zoom, Membership.io, artjournalplay.com or Mighty Networks), no refunds will be issued.
📌 Replays & Classroom Access: All live workshops include replays for students who cannot attend live sessions.
High-Ticket Courses ($1,000+):

Refund requests accepted within 7 days, provided the student has completed the first module and engaged with the content.
- Refund requests must include proof of participation (completed assignments, course engagement).
3. Play Collective Memberships & Subscriptions
💳 Monthly Members: You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for past months. Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
⏳ Annual Members: No refunds are issued after access is granted. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your membership term.
Play Collective Membership Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality creative resources and a valuable community experience inside PLAY: Mixed Media Collective. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to materials, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all membership plans.
Annual Memberships

Non-Refundable: Once you have accessed the program content, no refunds will be issued.
- You may cancel your yearly membership at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused months.
- All payments are final, and you are responsible for the full program fee regardless of completion.
Monthly Memberships

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time.

Continued Access Until End of Billing Cycle: If you cancel, you will retain access to the Play Collective until the end of your current billing period.

No Retroactive Refunds: Payments for previous months will not be refunded.
Bonus Content & Membership Status

Bonus content is released over time—you must have an active membership to continue receiving and accessing it.
- If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all bonus content, workshops, and exclusive resources at the end of your billing cycle.

Special Circumstances & Considerations
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In rare cases, we may consider a partial refund or credit if:
✔ A duplicate purchase was made by accident.
✔ A medical emergency prevents participation (documentation required).
✔ A course was discontinued within 30 days of purchase.
🚨 All special refund requests are subject to review and may incur a processing fee.
How to Request a Refund or Course Credit

⏳ Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days minus the administration fee.
Important Notes
- Refund requests for user error or personal scheduling conflicts will not be granted.
- If a refund is issued under special circumstances, you will be charged for any course content accessed, plus a processing fee.

- Please post your questions in the discussion groups specific to your workshop, as other students may have similar inquiries.
- Each LIVE workshop includes scheduled Q&A live stream sessions, where you can ask questions in real time.
- The date and time for each Q&A session will be posted inside the course as lessons are delivered.
Post-Live Access & Archived Discussions
- If you are accessing the course after the live session has ended, you can still review past Q&A discussions in the classroom.
- Many common questions may already be answered in the discussion threads—so be sure to check them first before reaching out for support.

Each workshop includes a general supply list on the course description page, along with a more detailed list provided once you enroll.

Flexible & Accessible Supplies – Most of my workshops encourage using what you already have rather than purchasing specific brands or materials.

Recommended Materials – While I provide suggested paints, markers, and adhesives, these are recommendations, not requirements. Feel free to substitute with what works best for you.
