Pre-Order Paint Shipping Information

Most #tracibautistaCOLOR handcrafted paints are sold as pre-orders because it takes time to design and manufacture the limited edition collections. Each collection is handmade in small batches and may take up to six weeks to be shipped. Please check the product description for the specific delivery timeframe. You will receive an automated email notification when your order is being packaged. Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS tracking to update after shipment.

For inquiries related to orders, shipping, or product details, please use the customer care chat in the bottom right hand corner of the website. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.

I don’t currently offer wholesale, but I occasionally host pop-up events like the INKbar, where you can purchase exclusive kits and products in-person. Keep an eye on my newsletter or social media for updates.
